Pro Res 422 options?

Recorded in HDV 1440x1080i 60, captured Pro Res 422…question is: For my sequence settings (currently Pro Res 422) what do I do about the advanced options under General tab, ie, it gives you the option to check or uncheck Interlaced – should I uncheck it? Will that make it progressive? If so, do I need to set Field Dominance to “NONE”? What’s best quality for final delivery, NTSC DVD and web.
What about the “enable 4:4:4 chroma filtering” option in compression settings – what is that and should I check or uncheck it?
Lastly, in Video Processing tab, should I choose Render in 8-bit YUV? Or what?

Leave everything as is.
changing something could lead to problems.
