  • Pro Animator troubles after Mac OS Upgrade.

Posted by Nate Whited on April 14, 2009 at 8:16 pm

I just upgraded my Mac OS to 10.5.6 and Avid Express Pro to Media Composer 3.5. I’ve been running some tests on all my other software and for some reason I cannot render a movie from Pro Animator. I’ve opened older scenes that originally rendered fine now they both give me the following:

Unable to copy temp file (-32767). Resulting movie exists in: (name of file).mov

I have tried creating new scenes–just simple 3D texts, with the same results.

I have a Mac Pro, 2X3 GHz Quad core, 3GB memory (7GB at this time tomorrow) GeForce 7300GT.

Any suggestions other than uninstalling and reinstalling?

FYI I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my software…is this not compatible with the new OS or QuickTime?
