    Pro Animator Crashes Upon Offset of Layer Map

    Hi all,

    I need some help urgently. I have a basic 3d text set up which I imported from illustrator. I used the “punchy reflections” map as a layer map for the text. However, everytime I click and attempt to offset the map on the effects palette, After Effects would prompt me that there isn’t enough memory to carry out task and proceeds to close down the program, only allowing me to save a backup.

    I have tried purging but it does not help. After several attempts to restart the application, the problem still persists. Can someone help? I’m using version 4.3 of Pro Animator.

    Hi Joseph.

    If you can, send me your project file (only the .aep file) and I’ll take a look.
    Also send me a few steps to follow.

    Note that the current version of ProAnimator is v4.5.1. We suggest you upgrade (it’s free) if possible: https://zaxwerks.com/download
