Pro Animator 4.0.1 isn’t reliable
so i create a simple animation, and i mean simple.
it crashes everytime….
if i open up PA3 files in PA4, it crashes
why did i bother to upgrade?
and areen’t upgrades supposed to be more reliable than it’s previous versions?
can i get my money back?
sorry, i’m just upset. I’ve got 30 player names to animate and it just isn’t working in PA4

Can we get some more information from you?
Are you running PA on the Mac or Windows?
What sort of graphics card do you have?Can you send me a file that is crashing?
If so, send it to: matt@zaxwerks.comI’ll take a look at is as soon as I get it.
Please include a few steps to follow in order to make it crash.I’d also like to send you a pre-release of v4.0.2 (minor changes, but you never know).
We’d like to get you up and running asap.
