  Printers spreads to Readers spreads

  I’m using InDesign CS3 Version 5.0.4 on my Mac. A client sent us a 12 page file (Will be a booklet when complete) in printers spreads which are incorrect and we need to change them to readers spreads and rearrange the pages. The plant will paginate the software no printers spreads needed. Please advise how to do this. Sorry if it sounds dumb but I searched but found no answers.
