Printer will not print on CD DVD
I have a Epson Stylus R340 printer which print on paper and you pull down a cd tray to print on CD. I reciently install OS 10.4 and the printer was printing ok until a few day ago when I send it to print on a dvd it says cd printer software is no installed, I reinstalled the software that come with the printer and no luck I also went to epson website and check for the latest upgrade and install the version on their site and I get the same message. I am using a G4 dual 1.25 mac with OS 10.49

try removing the printer from your printer list, reinstall the drivers and then re-add the printer

Thanks for trying to help, but that was not the problem. I had installed OS 10.49 on my g4 and the epson stylus340 neded to upgrade the printer information which is in file>upgrade printer information so all is well thanks.
