print to video
I need to “print to video” a copy of my project but wish to have the time code appear on screen. I do not see this option in the “print to video” window. Any suggestions how to do this?

VIDEO FILTERS>VIDEO>TIMECODE.
You are going to have to nest your sequence, drop this onto it…render, then output.

You need to use the Timecode Generator filter.
I’m not certain of the path right now, but if I’m remembering correctly, it’s in the Effects>Video Filters>Video>Timecode Generator. You may have to nest your sequence and add it. Don’t use the Timecode Reader. That will give you the code for each clip, not for the whole timeline.
If you don’t have a fast enough Mac, you may have to render.
