print to tape
hey guys
what is the best way to print to tape and had the TC be accurate on tape. meaning if I ant my film to start at 01:00:00:00
what i do is that I set the TC on tape at 00:59:50:00 let it run for 10 seconds and then when it gets to 00:59:59:00 I hit the Play bottom on the FCPI am sure these is a better way to do this but what is it?

You must be very precise with your finger.
What you can do is stripe a tape with black and make and EDIT to TAPE instead of PT.
If not, the solution is expensive and pass by VTR managed by RS-422 interface, and video cards able to bring the TC from FCMac OX 10.5.2-FC 6.02-QT 7.4.1
