PRINT HELP!

Hey guys I need your help again….I am trying to enlarge my vector based images I made in Illustrator and it’s not scaling correctly. I did make sure that I checked the scale stroke and effects box in the preferences, yet my images is not scaling right???? I used alot of gaussian blurs in these peices, can that be it???

Also what are you recommendations in flatten out the image as a jpeg/tiff? I have exported the file into a bmp(because the colors turned out alot better than any other format), and then flatten the image out as jpeg/tiff in photoshop. Yet when you zoom into 100%, theres pixelation??
