Previously rendered project un-rendered on re-open

Bug. It’s been like that on and off since the beginning. Delete all render files and re-render. Sometimes it will stick when you do this.

I’ve noticed that both the event and the project folders have Render subfolders. Which one represents the rendered files? I’ms assuming the render folders in the project folder. If so, what are the render folders in the Events folder?
