  Previewing speed.

  I recently got AE Cs3 pro, and its been working great. But halfway through making a moving light trail thing with Particular, i have to wait for my video to render frame by frame until it will play fluidly without stopping or freezing. It takes a long time, i will have to press the play button and wait awhile just to preview what i made. How can i fix this? Its very annoying! Thanks.
