Hello All, I have a quick question I would like to connect my LCD (42”) TV to my tower so clients can see the Preview Window (Final Cut Pro Preview Window) on the television rather than on my smaller LCD monitors, I have a “Kona Card” installed in my Tower the specs are below. What can i do to set this up? what cords do i need? do I need any software? any help would be great.

    PowerPc g5 duel 2.7ghz
    8 gigs rams
    Kona Card
    ATI 256mb GFX card

PS. I not concerned about getting sound on the 42” just Picture.

[Greg Burke] ” have a “Kona Card” installed in my Tower the specs are below. “

You probably require a component cable with BNC connectors — you know, the one people incorrectly call RGB because the signals are red, green, and blue. However, unless you tell us which Kona card you have we’d all be guessing.

Do you have the original cables that came with the card?

Here’s a link to the PDF file that shows everything you need to know:

Mine does! If you have the break out box, you go from the component out on the box to your TV, if you don’t have the box, the card comes with a break out cable that includes component connections. Either way, you’ll need a cable with male BNC connectors to plug into the card to male RCA connectors for you TV.
