    I’ve done a search and am still unable to figure this out. I’m in Log and Transfer, video is DVCPRO HD 720P, and I am unable to play a preview of the clip for logging purposes. I have done this before using my MacBook and everything was fine. Can’t seem to figure out what is different. FCP 6.0.4 on a MDD G4 and OS 10.4.11, OT 7.5.5. MacBook is running 10.5 and QT 7.5.5. Any suggestions?

    OK, I continued googling and found an Apple forum where this was discussed. I had named my folders with a “#” sign, went back, renamed folders using underscore for spaces and deleted the “#” sign. Now I have preview, but no audio. Did a search through the P2 Cow, and found “refresh AV devices” and I’m back in business.
