Preview Scrub Problem
Hey Guys,
So I have no idea why AE CS5.5 started doing this, but for some reason When I grab the time line scruber and move it, it no longer previews that frame until I unclick.Also, when ever I grab objects to move them, it only shows the box around the layer, and dose not show the actual layer until unclicking.
Did I press something weird? Any ideas? It makes motion graphics extremely hard to do =P

I think you accidentally toggled Live Update [link] — second icon to the right of the search box in the timeline panel.
