Preview problem : playing not in sinc with the video (Zoom Quality)
Hello everyone,
So I have this project that I’m trying to preview (as usual, didn’t make any changes in my settings) but when it finishes rendering, the video plays but it’s off with the audio. It’s not in real time but the audio is. It says : “Note : Zoom Quality pref set to More Accurate”.
I have no idea what this means and I’d like to fix this issue. Can you please tell me what I am to do?

What version of After Effects are you using?

You’re using an un-updated version of CC 2014. You’re missing all the bug fixes, etc. that came out. I’d consider updating to the latest version of CC 2014 as the first troubleshooting step, if I were you.

I updated After effects and it works perfectly thank you! Only problem I had changed some settings in the old version (shortcuts in the actual file) so now they’re back to normal but that’s ok I can change it again!
