What the heck happened here? my display is all white on every frame. Here’s an image.

David, I’m interested too. I had left a project open for 4 hours unattended and I came back, it wasn’t WHITE but it WAS definitely bleached. Odd.
My “cure” was to close and reopen.
Where have you got with it?

lol, i’m not that much of a noob, i restarted my the program a few times… then restarted my computer. Played around with the settings and haven’t found anything near a solution to this

Did you ever have the Video Bus Track enabled and then disabled?
The reason I ask is because I was trying to figure out your problem and could by turning on this track and adding a “fade to color” envelope.
The interesting thing is that if you disable this track without removing the envelope, as far as Vegas is concerned, the effect is still there.
Turn this track back on and right-click in the track header or timeline to make sure no envelopes are still active.
