Preview Device hanging when trying to press ESC key
Hi Folks,
After installing the latest Radeon Catalyst video drivers, I’m now having a problem in Vegas Pro 11 after launching my external monitor view.
After launching Vegas, it seems I can initially launch the view on my second monitor (I have two monitors, both connected to the same port via a splitter). I can even terminate the view by pressing Escape…for the first few tries. But eventually, subsequent launches of the secondary external view cannot be terminated. The message to “Press ESC to exit Full Screen View” freezes on that monitor, and the only way out is to quit Vegas. Again, this is a new problem that seems to have coincided with the loading of the new video drivers.
Anyone have any ideas, or have a similar experience?

Roll back to the driver version you had before, your driver update

That’s what I was thinking…I suppose that’s the most direct approach. We’ll see if it reverses the problem. Thanks.

Sure…Maybe you can go with the next update after this one
