Preview Background, Stage Image Not Showing Up
I’ve been using particle Illusion for live performances, using the preview window as my canvas. I would very much like to have the background fade from one image to another, which would add a whole nother dimension to the experience. I tried loading an image(s) to the stage, right clicked on the preview window, then color, then stage. However the background remains black. Is there a step I missed in this process?
Solving this would greatly help me in my ventures.

There’s no relation between the stage window bg image and the images used in the preview window.
To add new preview window images to the list of available ones, add a jpg or png to the “Preview Images” folder of the particleIllusion application folder.
There’s no way to fade between images either.
