Premiere Won’t Properly Quit
I am seeing an intermittent problem with Premiere Pro. 11.0.2.
On occasion, I will notice that, after exiting Premiere, the app does not release the Mercury Transmit monitor (a still frame holds on screen).
Premiere will not restart and the Task Manager shows the app is still running. Only way to get to it is to end the task.Is anyone else seeing this?

I had that issue for awhile.
Turned out to be the Kona3g driver on my mac.
I had a number of issues with that for awhile (disabling transmit was a temp fix)
but the latest driver from aja fixed all the issues i had.you might look into your output card driver, trying a newer
or older version.
