    Premiere wont accept modified mov exported from AE but accepts original source mov

    Premiere CS6 wont accept modified mov exported from AE CS6 but accepts the original source mov (D7000).

    I have an idea it may relate to an issue I had before with my AE media core not initialising, then moving or changing the qt import export files. I am not sure though.

    Pretty frustrating, I know I could simply export as another format (h.264, tiff sequence) but this would be far from ideal.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    After messing about for a little too long, I give up re-installed and it worked fine.
