    Does anyone have a good clean work flow for getting a 1440×1080 commercial in PPro Cs3 embedded into a site with a nice skin ? Ive been trying many different combinations including;
    exporting as Quick time and importing into Flash. Although flash gives me the html and swf files i need it seems to compress it even further.
    When I export directly from media encoder to flv i dont get those supporting files and cropping options. Should I be exporting Quick time uncompressed and bringing it into the Flash stage and skinning it there for export?

    Thanks in advance

    First drop the resolution down to something like 512 x 288 (multiple of 16 are best for compression).

    Then try an export at 900 Kbps.

    Many web designer use third party web flv players for playback, as it allows for much more control over everything, including skinning, events, etc.

    A couple of popular ones: Long Tail, and Flowplayer.
