premiere stops responding
Cant figure this out but every now and then when I’m working premiere just stops responding.
I loose any realtime playback to my televisions and after a while I need to just rester the program. It still goes through the process of saving and closing but still appears in my open programs after it shuts down. I then need to force quit. After reopening it become responsive again.
Working on an iMac 3.4 w/ 16gb of mem. In mavericks, premiere 6. thunderbolt connection to matrox mxo for playback to television.

Have you repaired permissions on your system drive? have you cleaned up your Premiere Pro preferences?
Can you open Apple Activity Monitor and see if you can see any components of your system that is not responding? Usually it is highlighted in red.
