  Premiere Pro won’t render video transitions…

  Bit of a strange issue here…

  I’m trying to export a sequence from Premiere Pro, using the GoPro CineForm RGB 12-bit with alpha at Maximum Bit Depth preset, but I cannot get “Dip to Black”, “Film Dissolve”, or even a manually keyframed opacity fade-in to render.

  Any clues why this may be?
