  Premiere pro will not open projects

  Hi

  Ive been editing HD in Premiere Pro CS3 version, with a core duo, a matrox RTx2, 4 gigs of ram and Raid drive. The drives are about 75% filled and I have been about to add a third drive.
  The projects have been crashing occassionally, but now Ive encountered a start up problem. When I open the program, adobe opens but the field prompting me to open a project is in the lower third of the screen and I cannot raise it higher to see the whole field, and cannot access the menu.

  Is there a cache file I can dump that might help this problem? I am unable to open my project.
