October 13, 2013 at 2:15 pmThe sdk = look at https://www.adobe.com/devnet/premiere/sdk/cc.html though it will really need some decent software skills to use it. If you are not a skilled programmer you are at least a year or two of learning away from being able to make use of it, and if you want to make cross-platform plugins perhaps longer.
Is there some other way to get to what you want – perhaps some other programme that will carry out whatever specialised task you have in mind?

October 13, 2013 at 4:07 pmI agree with Mike. Also, please tell us what features you would like as we can tell you if it’s already possible or if there is an alternate program. Premiere Pro’s SDK doesn’t allow plugins to control the program – for instance, you cannot use a plugin to create markers or move clips in your timeline. Plugins are limited to affecting the video signal.
You can also request a feature here https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform

October 13, 2013 at 5:23 pmHello Mike & Angelo,
Thanks for your quick reply. Actually what I want to do is little bit hard to explain for me to you because my English is poor. I will take someone’s help to explain properly but it may take sometime.
Thanks again for your help.

October 13, 2013 at 6:26 pmHello All,
Let me try to explain you what I want to do with SDK? I want to create such a new bin in Premiere Pro in which all media files converts in specific dimension. For example, I create new bean named 720×576. If I copy any media file (like Photo, video etc)in that folder it converts in 720×576 (or specified dimension) automatically.
I hope you all will be able to understand what I want to do.
Thanks again,
Vipati

October 13, 2013 at 11:13 pmIn Premiere and After Effects, this would be impossible with various methods. I suggest using Adobe Media Encoder and setting up a watch folder on your hard drive. Anything put in the watch folder would be converted to the output format of your choice.

October 14, 2013 at 11:54 amReally Vipati I think Angelo has shown you the way, and until you’ve worked through the relevant Adobe help there’s not much more to tell you. https://helpx.adobe.com/media-encoder/using/add-items-encoding-queue.html
