So I am rendering out my videos and EVERY video that gets to exactly 1/2 rendered will start coming to a dead crawl for rendering speed. I have a 28 second video that starts out estimated render for only 38 seconds. But when it gets 1/2 way done, it will stop going quickly and take another couple of hours to finish. There are no effets, this is a straight up convertion render from mts to several formats tried. I am going from 1920 x 1080p 29.97 to the same format every time. I tried many different formats as well and the same problem happens. What is causing this? It has destroyed my progress for a demo I am making so please help quick!

Not sure I quite understand. How do I export without getting a render? I thought that is what exporting did was create something from the editing previously done? Only choosing which format to export as.

Dont use the preview files, use Max Render Quality.

Could you walk me through step by step? I rendered out highest quality on all my attempted formats. Nothing changed.
