Why in the world hasn’t Adobe added object tracking into Premiere Pro yet? Tracking already exists for masking. All that would be required would be either a) to add tracking to the motion tab, or b) allow you to copy & paste the mask’s tracking keyframes into the motion section. Media Composer has had tracking for ages. Very disappointing!

It might be coming. There is a history of features migrating from AE to Premiere (Warp stabilizer, for example).

Hopefully. But mask tracking has already been there for a few years. And the effects available within Premiere are decades old, in spite of the fact that AE and even Photoshop have better effects offerings in some areas. Adobe has been putting a lot of effort into AI, but seems to be forgetting some of the basics.

Given the development pace of Resolve, Adobe needs to step it up a bit.
