So I decided to try and open premiere pro after a while of not using it and it wont open.
Its showing in my task manager, and After Effects loads fine.
But i have just left it there for over 10 mins now with nothing opening

    Any ideas anyone?

    Thanks in advance

Does it show up on the task bar?

Check in task manager to see if it already running. If so, close it outin task manager, then open from desktop.

I already have tested the task manager option and yes it is appering in the task mananger,
And I opened it from the root folder not using any shortcuts or links.
Im running windows 7 and I also have the link pinned to the task bar, and Its not doing its usual thing where it says the program is running by putting the button thing on (If that makes sence)

I may re-install the program later today when I have some free time, but if anyone knows of any fixes I would be greatful.

    Thanks In Advance

I meant, when the program is running, even though you cannot see it on the screen, does it have an running item on the task bar.

If you have recently adjusted your display properties or monitor layout then it’s possible the app is displayed on a x/y monitor point you can no longer see.

If that’s the case, right click on the desktop, select Screen Resolution, and then arrange the monitors differently while Premiere is running. It might just be hidden from your view.
