Premiere pro freezes when I try to import more than one MPG file
When I try to import a second MPG file into premiere it freezes and I have to close it down.
The MPG files arent even that big, they are about 27megabytes each.
Please help

Does it always happen with the same file? Say you import the second one “first” does it crash right away ? That would tell you if the file itself is corrupted.
There are several types of Mpeg codecs and very few actually work well with Premiere, so I would recommend a third party AVI converter and then reimporting the files in Premiere. Someone recommended VirtualDub below, I think that should work for you as well.
