premiere pro fast color correction
i dont normally use the fast cc that comes with pp2. but i was just using it and had a question. when i switch to color correcting view i get 2 monitors on the side. the one on top and the one on the bottom, which can be turned into waveforms etc.
for some reason, just switching to the cc view it gives me an astounding change to my video. it looks good on the top and really washed out on the window on the bottom. here is a picture of what im talking about.

Yes, I see what you mean. The levels are a little different, or maybe the contrast. The reference monitor is a bit brighter than the original. Nonetheless, I would trust the Program Monitor for visual reference and the scopes in the reference monitor.
