premiere pro export to encore

Hi Erik,

ALL the tracks should export by default, not sure why there’s an issue if all audio tracks are active and playing back in Premiere.

A quick fix might be to do File > Export > Audio, or for newer versions use Adobe Media Encoder, to export a .wav file of the timeline mix, then place the mixed clip on track 3 and mute tracks 1 & 2 before export to Encore.

Thanks for the fast reply. One thing I’ve noticed when I use the “send to encore” option, there is only one audio track shown in the encore timeline. Seems that I should see the two tracks like they are in premiere.

In my original post I said “When I export to encore and create a DVD, the audio from track 1 does not play”. when actually it is the audio from track 2 that does not play.

Update- I found the fix! The problem was between the chair and the keyboard. Somehow I muted the audio on track 2 just before sending the project to Encore. Lesson learned, don’t overlook the obvious. Once I un-muted track 2, everything worked.
