I have a sequence that I have set numbered Sequence markers in. What I want to do is export each section of the sequence that is delineated by the markers into separte files.

    For Example:
Sequence Marker 1 to Sequence Marker 2
    00:00:00 – 00:01:35 – Intro
Sequence Marker 2 to Sequence Marker 3
    00:01:36 – 00:2:58 – Setting up.
    .
    .
    .
    etc

Does anyone know of an easy way to do this?

    Thanks,

    Geoffrey

Set the work area bar to the markers and queue all the exports would be the “off the top of my head” solution; I’m still relatively new to Premiere though so I’d be curious if there wasn’t a better way as well.

Markers aren’t really meant for this kinda usage. Petros’s solution is the best one for rendering the sequence you already have. In future, you might consider editing each piece in a separate sequence. You can then nest the sequences to string your entire project together. You can convert your current project to this setup by selecting all the clips between each set of markers and selecting “replace with sequence” or something like that.

Set the work area, queue it up in AME. Set the work area, queue it up in AME. Set the work area, queue it up in AME.

Export ’em all at one time.

I use markers for just this reason all the time. Use ’em however you want.
