Premiere Pro double exposure silhouette with green screen
Hi all!
I’m a newbie to keying and have had trouble achieving a double exposure look for video where 1) inside the silhouette of a person is another video and 2) background is a color matter (e.g. https://www.shutterstock.com/video/clip-1032017081-silhouette-woman-dark-sky-inside-double-exposure )
I have so far:
1) positioned the green screen footage on video track 3 with ultra key applied;
2) the video inside the silhouette on track 2 with track matte applied to video 3; and
3) color matte on video track 1 as the background to the silhouette.However, this way I need to nest the video track 3 every time I need use a transition between two silhouette (ideally I would like to use morph cut which doesn’t function with this set up even with nesting) and I cannot fade the silhouette away to transition into the video track 2 fully.
Is there a more effective way of achieving this in Premiere? What am I doing wrong?
Sorry for this beginner question and many thanks in advance!
Oliver
