June 7, 2017 at 4:25 pmSince the computer thinks your program may be damaged or incomplete you should probably start by using a disc utility like TechTool or run fsck in single user mode to check your disc integrity. If it finds a problem that may fix it. If your disc checks out okay but they still don’t work try re-downloading the programs.
Google ‘fsck mac’ to see how to run it. It has fixed a few problems TechTool couldn’t.Mark Landman

June 7, 2017 at 5:47 pmYou need to log into the Creative Cloud. Your CC icon is gray, so that means you are not logged in so it can license the product.

June 9, 2017 at 8:31 amThanks Mark for your advice, I will try Techtool.
Thank you to Andy. My CC icon is gray but Adobe CC should work even if i’m not connected to Internet?

June 9, 2017 at 11:26 amI’m having problems too with Premiere Pro. After upgrading memory, Pro does not work at all. Other Adobe items like Audition are OK.
Any thoughts? This is a bad situation.
Thanks much

June 15, 2017 at 9:40 amHi Eric,
I don’t understand why the softwares don’t work. Maybe it could be because of the After Effects plugins.
Anyone use these plugins:
– Maxon cineware
– Optical flares
– FX Console, Saber, SureTarget, VC Reflect, and Vibrance from VideoCopilotAny problems?
Thanks.

June 16, 2017 at 9:10 pmTry updating the CC apps. Premiere Pro CC 2017 11.1.2 update was released on June 13 and Adobe highly recommends updating.
