    Hello!

I have been using PP CS6 now for quite awhile and just pretty recently it has been doing this annoying thing of resetting to the default settings when I open it. I know before I even get the actual application open if it has reset because the color of the application changes to default and my recent list of projects is blank. Does anyone have any idea why it keeps doing this? I am running OSX 10.8.5

Where are you creating your project files? If on an external drive, do you have that drive mounted in OSX before you start Adobe?

My project files are saved in my documents folder on my SSD system OSX drive. All my media is on an external that I power off when I am not using it, but it is always on before I open PP.

Move the Projects Folder to the External or the Desktop and then open the project. Save the project at the new location and then see if the settings reset.
