Hei CC’s! I have a problem now while editing a short film in Premiere Pro CS6.

At one point today, the timeline went full idiot. It becomes black if I try to resize it, and when I zoom it does not update properly. See picture –

i’ve tried restarting, resetting workspace and googling for advice, but to no luck at all.

    Anyone ever experienced this before?

PS. I’m working with .R3D-files from RED ONE if that’s of importance in this matter.

Have you tried to clear your in and out points? It looks like you may have something highlighted selected outside the workspace.

Yes, that was not the problem. I actually solved it. I had my video resolution at 1920×1038 (1.85 aspect ratio) and I think that was causing some kind of bug combined with 3K-4K RED-materiale. So I made another sequence with 1920×1080 and the problem is gone 🙂

Thanks for replying though. Maybe this thread will help others some day
