    Premiere Pro CS5.5.2 will not install after mothboard replacement .It was running correctly for 4 weeks prior to replacement due to AC connection issues and Wireless connectivity.

    Adobe Case No. 183519673, Adobe Technicians (Asia/Pacific) have worked on this issue for over 3 hours with no results after uninstalling and reinstalling.Using Adobe Connect>

    Any ideas to fix issue would be appreciated.

    What is the system?

    What are the error messages when attempting to run / install Premiere Pro?

    Thanks Alex,

    The system was Windows 7 , Adobe just fixed the issue after 4-5 hours using Adobe Connect, they believed the issue was Windows 7?
