Premiere Pro CS5 not playing timeline or preview files
I have an 8 core MAc Pro, Nvidia CUDA card.
I created a new project and tried to import footage and noticed that it was not playing in preview, so i tried to play it on the timeline and it again did not play. Then I opened a completed project that I did last week in PPro CS5 and it now is not playing.
I read several solutions: Reset Privileges (done), Re-Install PPro CS5 (done), Log on as Root and log back on (done), delete com.apple.aggregatedevice.plist (done)
Anyone have anything else, or is it just one of those things that’s telling me never to use PPro CS5 again?
It’s ashame because I was kinda liking it.
Any help would be appreciated

As well as providing the details that Tom asked for, tell us exactly what version of Premiere Pro you’re using.
I.e., have you installed the latest updates? (They fix a lot of problems.)
