  Premiere Pro CS5 Audio problem

  In premiere pro cs5, after capturing from a Sony Z1 in HDV the MPEG files audio won’t conform. I then rename the file, re-import it and it conforms ok but then another file’s audio disappeared and the audio only half conformed. I thought it could be the scratch disks but there;s plenty of room and there’s loads of hard disk space and the RAM is good. THis is the first time it’s happened and I have done tons of projects identical to this one.

  Why might this been happening?
