Premiere Pro CS5 and EDL
Hi everyone,
I have a project with lots of shots and edits. I want to export everything into one file (exemple : edit.avi) and have an EDL with all the cuts of my project refering to the file (edit.avi).
Like that I’ll will send everything to color correction in scratch or Apple Color.
How is it possible to do it?
Am I right on how EDL works?

We’ve been trying to get decent EDLs from Premiere Pro since PP 2.0 and I must say I believe it is one of the things that Adobe has failed to do any improvement on. It’s already version CS5 and it’s still the same problem. Unfortunately, this is the reason why we still have Avid Media Composers in our post-prod workflow for offline editing for TV spots.
