Premiere Pro CS3 or BMD Export to tape PROBLEM

Any resolution to this? It happens in CS4 and also in CS5 with every driver version since I purchased the Extreme HD 3…

Major headache having to export to tape in small chunks…

What deck are you exporting to?

What is the format of your timeline CS5?

Is the problem always happening at a particular point in the export?

Which Blackmagic Design product are you exporting with?

Hi Kristian,

It can happen at anytime in the timeline, not consistent with anything at all. Today’s sequence is 4×3 SD. I am using Decklink HD Extreme 3 and just upgraded the drivers to 7.6.2 today but it keeps happening. This has been happening ever since I purchased the product about a year ago.

the deck I am using is a UVW1800. (I also have an Avid that exports flawlessly to this deck so i don’t think the deck is at fault)

Any help you have would be great.

My system is a Dell T7400 with 12GB ram, raid HDDs

I am also having a problem with exporting to tape from Premiere CS5. I’m using a Sony DSR-11 deck, which works great on my other system with CS3.
I can capture video and audio with no problem, but when it comes to exporting, it drops out constantly.
I am pulling out hair here, any ideas?
