Premiere pro cs3 export settings??? !!!
Hi everyone, and a big thanks in advance to anyone who can help me here!
First of all I am very new to all this, therefore I need the settings pretty much spelled out! lol! Apologies in advance if my questions sound silly.
I am shooting some footage on a 7D camera, and I am then transcoding it using MPEG streamclip. (settings are: export to Quicktime – AVID DNxHD Codec compression – quality 100% – 1920×1080(unscaled), RGB color levels, – 10080p/24 DNxHD 175 10-bit) After I convert these I take them into premiere pro cs3 to edit.
I then want to do color grading in After Effects CS3, and I am not sure if I should grade each piece of the footage first render it in AE then back into Premiere edit and render out the final thing, of if there is an easier way???
Is it wiser to edit the transcoded footage in premiere then take the final composition I render into AE and colour grade then?
I am also getting some pixelation etc. I am not sure if my export setting are what I need to be rendering at???
I want to enter this short film into a festival, and I guess I need to be able to project it, or burn to a dvd. What are the best settings to export it from Premiere pro CS3 to get the highest quality from it?
I am using the Adobe Media Encoder-quicktime – entire squence- HDTV 1080p 24 – and make quality 100% but there is a lot of loss in the quality of the picture!!!
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!!!!
I have spent days looking through info on the net but I am just getting more confused!!!!
Thanks
