Premiere Pro CS3 crashes
I have been editing on CS3 for 2 years, Mac Pro, 2 gig ram.
I have only recently experienced frequent locking up/crashes. Regardless of how often I save, everything is lost. I have to save a copy every few minutes. Is there some sort of memory or previews somewhere that is filling up. I don’t think you defrag with mac, do you?
Same results with dv or HDV footage. No effects to speak of. HD has plenty of space.
any ideas? anyone?thanks

I had this same problem awhile back. Do you have a lot of media in your library? I ended up having over 1000 video and audio clips so I just created a new project and all the problems I had went away.
