premiere pro cs2 locking up, please help !
CPU specs: Dual core 2 due, 2.5ghz, 4mb L2 cache, 500gb HDD, 4gb RAM, Vista 32 bit.
Creative Suite CS2.
All apps seems to work fine, except ppro. Initially it would hang up and take a long time to import clips, now just launching the program and creating a new project, just touching any menu option causing the spinning vista (hourglass) to spin for hours, program not responding.
I have updated CS2, et al., to no avail.
Ideas?

CS2 is not designed for vista. Simple as that.
