  premiere pro cs 5.5 shows only audio

  hardly know anything about permiere. have been working on a friends machine to see how does it play canon mxf files.

  I copy footage (entire folder) from canon xf 100 to a drive
  then want to import it into premiere pro in 1080p time line. what it shows is just the audio.
  whereas vlc is able to play mxf files easily

  what am i doing wrong
