I’m using a 27″ iMac with a 27″ Apple Display. I just updated to OSX Mavericks. Before I updated, my entire workspace was stretched across both screens. Now after the update, I can no longer see the workspace on the Apple Display. But when I drag the top bar for Premiere, the workspace on the second monitor shows but is transparent. How do I fix this?

And I just figured out how to fix it.

In System Preferences, go to Mission Control and uncheck Displays have separate Spaces. It will require you to log out then log back in for the changes to take effect.

    What an annoying feature.

Ditto here. I don’t know how you figured it out… and if there is a culprit program that changed that setting… but thanks!
