    Hi all,

I recently inherited a Premiere project that was edited in CC. After many hours of work, Premiere crashed and the project will not reopen. I continue to get this error:

Premiere Pro has encountered an error.
    [/sirreact64/releases/2013.03/shared/adobe/dvamediatypes/project/mac/../../src/TickTime.cpp-376]

All of my auto-save files give me the same error as well. After researching the error, I find that the error stems somehow from interpreted frame rates within Premiere. My problem is that the project inevitably requires the frame rates to be interpreted, lest I conform them all outside of Premiere, which is too time consuming for my immediate needs, but I can’t afford to lose hours of work again. i’ve never had this problem with CS6 (or previous versions) but the project file is not backwards compatible. I’m hoping for any suggestion!

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Sorry for your troubles. Have you updated to 7.1 yet?
