    Premiere Pro CC Preview runs too fast or with lags

    Hello,
    I have a problem with my Premiere Pro CC 2017. When I try to play my video in the timeline, it either runs too fast or it runs with lags. Can anyone help me?

    running too fast could be an indication that your media is variable framerate. mediainfo will tell you that. use handbrake to convert to constant framerate.
