Premiere Pro CC freezes when I use the mask tool trying to blur. (Premiere is up to date)
Hi guys,
Hope I can get some help or insight.
I have this piece I’m working on and I need to blur some stuff in the background. So I need to mask it and track it a bit.
Every time I put in Gaussian Blur or Sapphire Blur or any, and start using the mask option with the pen, the second dot with the pen will throw the Software in an endless loop and wheel of death scenario where it freezes and wouldn’t work until you force quit and restart…
Any one had that happen to them? Any solution ? Thanks

Cannot reproduce your issue but,
a way to get around this is,
duplicate clip and superimpose,
mask top clip from opacity, then add the blur.———————————————–

Thanks for the input.
I opened the same project on a different computer with the same software update but it didn’t have the bug…so weird…I might need to re-format my mac or something if that exists haha
