Hey guys. Sorry if this is a stupid question but it’s been a while since I’ve used Premiere. I have a clip that I am editing. It’s only one clip at 29.973fps and it will be exported at same frame rate. I noticed the clip (played normally before importing to PR) doesn’t have a smooth motion frame by frame so when you play it it seems to have a very slight stutter. What would be the best option to smooth motion? I know Premiere has Frame sampling/blending. Would exporting with this setting help smooth the frames out or does this only work when you have multiple clips at different frame rates? Any other options?

    Thanks
